The Briefing Day is the official induction and starting point of our signature new Get Into Media program - a full-day, fully funded experience held in Sydney, NSW at the beginning of every participants’ 6 week journey. It sets the tone for the weeks ahead, giving participants the skills, clarity, and confidence to begin turning their factual story ideas into real projects.

Hosted with our partners, the day brings participants together in person for the first time. You’ll explore professional media environments, build foundational technical and storytelling skills, and get a clear walkthrough of the program structure, goals, expectations, and support available - so everyone starts on the same page.
