Why did you choose to tell this story
As someone that has been in Australia for 6 years now, it’s been great to assimilate myself to the local culture, but finding these little pockets of home here in Sydney has been so important to stay connected to my culture, and I wanted to highlight it through this work.
What do you hope audiences take away from your project
I hope Australian audiences enjoy this little glimpse into French Canadian culture, and on how to build a home in a new country, while still keeping a link with your home one.
