One Bad Day

From Nicholas Pergadis

A Puppet has a comically bad day in Melbourne.

My name is Nick, I am Screenwriter and currently studying Media Communication course. I made this puppet short film with a group of classmates but my goal in the industry is to continue making shorts that connect with people.

What inspired you and your work?

We wanted to translate everyday Melbourne into something very absurd, yet relatable, using puppets in the vain of Jim Henson. We wanted it to be particularly relatable for young creatives, as there is a lot of grief, but a lot of joy too, so we were very informed by our creative backgrounds.
